I earned my State-Certified Recovery Coach certification in 2021 and am passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate their own unique recovery and mental health journeys. As a person in long-term recovery myself, I bring both professional training and lived experience to the work I do. I know firsthand that recovery is not one-size-fits-all, and I strongly believe in meeting people where they are, honoring their choices, and supporting their goals without judgment.
Advocacy is at the heart of everything I do. I am deeply committed to helping people recognize the gifts, strengths, and worth they already possess. I am also a strong advocate for overdose prevention and safe use practices, believing that every person deserves compassion, dignity, and support regardless of where they are in their journey.
Whether you need someone to listen, encourage, celebrate victories, or help navigate challenges, I strive to be the person I needed when I was beginning my own recovery journey. My goal is to be your biggest supporter, your cheerleader, and a trusted partner as you move toward the life you want to build.
When I'm not working, you'll find me spending time with my family as a proud wife, mother, auntie, and sister. I enjoy kayaking, fishing (still chasing that elusive monster muskie!), listening to music, and singing loudly and unapologetically off-key in the car.
I believe that hope is powerful, people are resilient, and everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive.
